MEET THE TEAM
Our clinic provides only Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) for therapeutic treatments. All of our RMTs have earned a college diploma which includes a minimum of 2200 hrs of training (2-3yr college program). We are proud to be part of the healthcare profession!

Our RMTs are current, registered members of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). We take pride in our profession and are continually expanding our knowledge and treatments with post-graduate education and training to assist in the needs of our patients.

Victoria Adams RMT and Owner

Victoria graduated with Honours in 2000 from a local private college in Barrie. A proud Mother of a beautiful daughter, Victoria has lived in Barrie most of her life.

Since graduating, Victoria has gained extensive experience and participated in several continuing education courses. Her focus is on the therapeutic benefits of heat and the many modalities related to heat and hydro therapy. Victoria tends to incorporate some of her treatment with general acupressure techniques. By combining both elements of a spa and sports clinic environment it allows more treatment options for the client.

Victoria is also a certified laser technician and also certified in skin care! Graduating with Honours! All her techniques are very flexible to suit your individual needs.

Victoria is our infant massage therapy instructor for caregivers with post graduate training in infant/pediatric massage therapy.

Victoria has also discovered her passion for horses, specifically the rare and endangered Canadian breed. With many rescues in her herd, she is looking forward to helping others and certifying in EAL programs to offer therapeutic personal development for humans through horses!

Victoria's clinic was voted for Barrie's Favourite Massage Therapist several times for the Readers Choice Awards and Top Choice! Most recently, voted Top Massage Therapy Clinic in 2022 in Barrie! 

Tim A. RMT

Tim brings with him many years of experience and knowledge. Graduating with honours, Tim has been registered as a massage therapist since 2000!

Tim specializes and displays a passion in Traditional Thai Massage and can provide deep tissue techniques when necessary as well as a soothing touch for relaxation. His past and present experience has included, on site massage/chair massage, spa's, clinics and resorts.

Megan, RMT

Megan has lived in Barrie for most of her life. She graduated from Lambton College with an advanced diploma in Massage Therapy. Megan has worked with a variety of patients with conditions such as dementia, cerebral palsy, stroke recovery and those in palliative care. She has spent time volunteering at charitable events, such as relays for life, to massage participants. Megan chose massage therapy because she believes it creates positive healing energy throughout the body and enjoys being able to help people with stress, anxiety, depression and many other conditions.

Melony, RMT

Melony graduated from Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in June 2003.
She has training in pre and post pregnancy massage, hot stone, sport injuries, as well as deep tissue and relaxation. 
You can expect a firm massage from Melony if needed and with her extensive experience in the spa industry she is able to cater to your specific treatment goals!

Michelle, RMT

Michelle has been a RMT for the past 18 years. She graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2001. She has worked in a number of settings, including chiropractic and physiotherapy clinics, spa’s, and on site at various workplaces (i.e office settings).

A natural healer, Michelle studied Reiki and has her master level. She is also a Craniosacral Therapist, and is continuing her studies in this field. She is trained in Hot Stone Therapy, Acupressure and the use of massage to treat mood and sleep disorders.Michelle is excited to share her knowledge and skill with Adams Massage Therapy and is looking forward to treating and interacting with you!
